We are now opening media accreditation for one of the major orienteering events of the summer. From June 29 to July 4, the Junior World Orienteering Championships will take place in the beautiful city of Karlskrona, Sweden.

It has been 15 years since the championships were last held in Sweden, and we are excited to once again welcome the world’s best junior orienteers to high-quality and challenging competitions. Spectators and media can look forward to thrilling races with technically demanding courses set in truly scenic environments.

Interest in this year’s championships is strong – currently, 22 nations are registered, with over 200 athletes competing for the medals.

We warmly welcome journalists, photographers, and social media creators to apply for accreditation to cover the event on site.
