During the evening was the official prize-giving ceremony for the sprint & sprint relay race! The ceremony was held at Stortorget, in front of the town hall. During the ceremony medals, diplomas and prizes where awarded to the top three runners/teams from the individual sprint and sprint relay, with diplomas and prizes for places four to six.

For the women sprint it was Swedens Freja Hjerne that won the gold with Leonie Mathis from Switzerland taking the silver and Sara Delic from Croatia taking the bronze.
